Is a native of Fayette county, where he was born in 1862. Attended the public schools and graduated from Buchtel College in 1887, and from the Cincinnati Law School in 1889. Was admitted to the Bar in 1889. Has served two terms as prosecuting attorney, distinguishing himself for fairness and ability. He is in the enjoyment of a large practice. Stands high at the Bar and as a citizen. Is a safe counselor and a vigorous advocate.
