from website managing. Thanks to him for all his hard work.
- Your new website co-administrators will be

Dumond. June was born in Kansas but resides now in Florida.
Both sides of her family have roots in Madison County. Her
family names are CLOVER, CULLUMBER, FERGUSON, LILLY, MCHENRY, MCCAFFERTY. Jeanne
was born and still lives in Franklin County. Jeanne's maternal grandfather's family, both sides, are from
Madison County. Family names are HOLLOWAY, TIMMONS, THOMAS,
TILLMAN, DOAN, GRUBB, THOMPSON, LOYD.
- Most of the changes to the site will be
additions to existing pages or additional pages. If you have
suggestions email me from the link on the home page.
- We are trying to reconstruct the lookup volunteers
list if anyone is interested please contact us.
02 Oct 2002
- Been out of it for a while! Everybody's busy. If you'd be interested
in taking over these pages, let me know.
I'm not so sure I really want to mess with much more.
- We lost the lookup volunteers.
29 Nov 2000
- Added several pictures to the album. Thanks, guys.
- Sorry about the hiatus, I had surgery and afterward was a little more
interested in the future than the past!
09 Aug 2000
- Haven't done much, lately. Corrected a few spellings and started compressing the pages so they might run a speck faster.
28 Jun 2000
- I modified each page to make non-IE browsers see the pages the same (or closer) to the way I try to make them. I hope that does it. It was boring.
02 Jun 2000
- I added a Freeware links page listing my opinions on and links to free software that I personally use in my genealogical quest and in the maintenance of these pages. These are tools that have worked well for me and they save some coin of the realm as well.
31 May 2000
- I found out that users with Netscape browsers had a hard time seeing the text since it appears flush left over the border with NS. That's because I used a leftmargin markup tag the IE likes but NS doesn't. Rather than change every page at this point, I changed the background that wasn't so dense, so NS users could see things better.
- We're now up to 10 pictures in our Madison County Photo Album! Keep 'em coming!
25 May 2000
- Fixed some bad links, got a few more to go... They were my own fault.
- Started working on the Cemetaries, Obituaries and Wills.
- Added a Family Reunion page.
- Purged the old pages, so that the whole site is updated with the new look. Now I know everything that's here and how it's all hooked together!
- Thanks for the e-mail and encouragement. You know who you are.
22 May 2000
21 May 2000
- I've added a Maps Page. Know the turf you surf.
20 May 2000
19 May 2000
- Improved Links Page.
- There are some missing pages, they will be reloaded soon, with new formatting, sorry for any inconveniences... It was kind of convoluted as it was, and I want to get it set up so I can know what's there, what's where, and can avoid repetition and double links, etc... If you really need the other stuff right now, here's the old index page with the old links: oldindex.htm
- I appreciate the mail I've been getting.
- Photo Album News: Scan those pictures of Great Grandpa and Uncle Chet in the old Stanley Steamer next to the schoolhouse in Mount Sterling and send them to me at OHMadison@yahoo.com. Let's get the Photo Album loaded! Here's my inspiration for the page: Carter County Kentucky Photo Album . Cool, Huh?
